Matter closed pop-up in Abacus Law

Currently when you pulled up a closed matter in Abacus ACCOUNTING, you get a pop-up that tells you the matter is closed. But you do not get this pop up in Abacus LAW. We are having issues with staff not checking if a matter is closed, and they end up entering notes/time in the wrong matters.

This needs to be a setting choice. same with "Name not active" popup.
