Utility to make digital archive of entire client/matter file

We give clients a digital copy of our entire file at close of matter. Currently we copy the entire Abacus data file to thumb drive. But for notes, events and emails there is no easy way to generate these files digitally and give them to the client. A utility that created zip file with all Abacus data for a client/matter would be good.

YES!!!! We need to be able to archive an entire client file and then purge it from the system. (or at least move it). Today, the database simply grows in perpetuity.
