Automatic Email/Text Rules

Being able to create rules similar to the Event Rules where certain emails can be sent either within an Event Rule or by creating Email Rules attached to a Client or matter. For example, before a hearing event, having an email and text reminder that is pre-drafted, sent to the client reminding them of the hearing. Right now we have to create an event reminder to send the email instead of the entire thing being automated by creating the Rule in the beginning of the case. This is the missing piece of automation in Abacus and why applications like Infusionsoft are appealing even though they require duplicating what is already in Abacus.

This would be very helpful. I also suggest similar Doc Rules be established. For example, after calendaring a hearing event, Abacus would generate a pre-drafted doc (Notice to client of hearing date) and include a rule that would automatically include the "hearing date" associated with the Event within the doc.
