Symbol when Email linked
There needs to be a symbol or reference on an email once it has been linked to Abacus so you know if the prior person linked the message. It is a slow process to wait for the link to come up, if you know without trying to link again, it would help.

Joni BernerThe font of the email "sender" changes for me when an email is linked by me...not sure if the font changes if someone else who received the email linked it. (This might be a rule we set up in Outlook.)

Ada G. Llerena, Esq.That would be extremely helpful. Right now we are left to guess whether the email is linked or not. Pressing the Abacus link button results in a lag while the system thinks about it and then tells you whether the email is linked to a file and name or not.

KimThere's a way you can change it so it shows as a different color in Outlook. I think there's a tutorial on it on abacus help site.

Cameron DownerUntil this feature is implemented, can you have the system automatically highlight emails which are linked/sent at the same time? I tried the knowledge base article but it only works if I manually click the link button...it will not if I link it as I send the email.

Michael OotIt would be even more helpful to us if after linking an email, an entry is made in "Notes" that there is an email for that date and time.
